How I can help
I take a personalised and holistic approach to healthcare, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the bigger picture of your health. Together, we identify the areas that may need support and develop a plan tailored to you.

Service 01
Nutrition
We start with what is already on your plate. A busy week pushes food towards whatever is quickest, and over time that can leave gaps your body lets you know about through everyday signs and symptoms. I look at where those gaps might be and which small changes would make the most difference.
A good part of the work is reading labels together, so you know what is actually in the food you buy. I am not going to ask you to give up the things you love. More often we find a natural alternative you enjoy just as much, and build a way of eating you can keep up once the appointment is over.
Service 02
VEGA Testing
The VEGA machine is an electrodermal testing device. You hold a smooth metal probe in one hand while I press a point on the other and read the resistance, which is why being well hydrated on the day gives a clearer reading. It is painless, it takes a few minutes, and nothing breaks the skin.
I use it to help point at where to look first, at things like nutrient levels, food sensitivity and how well an organ system seems to be coping. The reading is one input among several, read alongside your history and your symptoms rather than standing on its own.
Service 03
Food Intolerance Testing
If you feel unwell, foggy or tired after eating and cannot pin down why, this is a straightforward way to narrow the field. I use Food Detective, which covers 59 commonly eaten foods. It takes a small sample from a finger prick, and the results come up on the tray about forty minutes later, so we go through them while you are still with me.
It looks for an immune response to a food, which is not the same thing as allergy testing, and I will say so plainly if allergy testing is what you need. Where something does show up, we change your diet on purpose rather than by trial and error.
Service 04
Herbal Medicine
Herbs carry a range of naturally occurring compounds, and they have been used for a very long time for both everyday complaints and longer standing ones. The research behind them has grown a great deal over the past ten years, and that research is the part I pay most attention to when I decide what goes into a formula.
Most of what I prescribe is a liquid extract, mixed for your situation rather than pulled off a shelf. These are practitioner-only products, so the strength and the quality are held to a standard you will not find in a supermarket aisle. Tablets are there as well if a liquid does not suit you.
Service 05
Weight Loss
There is no shortage of advice about weight, and most of it is somebody else’s plan applied to you. Weight is rarely only about food either, so we look at sleep, stress, thyroid function and digestion alongside what you eat, and at anything underneath that might be making it harder than it should be.
From there I put together a plan built around your habits and the week you actually have. It has to survive a busy one, or it is the wrong plan. You get diet and lifestyle advice you can use straight away, and support as you go rather than a plan handed over once and never looked at again.

Service 06
Dispensary
The clinic holds a working dispensary of practitioner-only nutritional and herbal supplements, chosen for the evidence behind them. In most cases you leave with what you need rather than waiting on an order, and with the dose written down, because the dose is as much a part of the prescription as the product itself.
If you are already taking a handful of things and are not sure what is doing what, bring them all in with you. A full supplement review sorts out what your body is actually using, which often means fewer bottles on the shelf and less money going out each month.
Service 07
Iridology
Iridology is a close look at the iris: the structure, the texture and the colour of the fibres that make it up. It is done in the room and you see what I see, which most people find interesting in itself. Tight, even fibres are read as a sign of a strong constitution, and open or wavy ones as an area that may need more support.
It is one assessment tool among several and never a diagnosis on its own. What it gives us is a starting point for the conversation, read alongside your history, your symptoms and any testing we decide to do.
Service 08
Functional Pathology Testing
When symptoms are not adding up, laboratory testing gives us something firm to work from instead of a best guess. I can refer for salivary hormone testing, an adrenocortex stress profile, gut microbiome mapping, heavy metal testing, and vitamin and mineral levels, among others. Which one is worth doing depends entirely on the question we are trying to answer.
I will only suggest a test where the result would change what we do next, and I will tell you what it costs before you commit to it. Once the results are back we go through them together, so you understand what they say about your health and where we go from there.
